When you create a form it has by default an email notification, the email recipient address is the one you have set up in your account, if you want you can also change this recipient address.

In your forms I can see the default (your account email address) is the recipient, this email address seems to be in our bounce list, here is the reason:

Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.5.1 Server IP listed as abusive.

I have removed it from our bounce list and you should receive emails now, please also follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

Here is also a guide that will help you to check if an email address is in our bounce list, if you find it then simply removing it will help to receive emails again: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

I would suggest you to submit your form in order to test your email notifications, in case that you do not receive the emails and the address is not in our bounce list, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link where you will find our sender IPs, mail server list and mail server domain list: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Hope this helps.
