can't see upgrade on account...

    I took my original account and upgraded for the company I built the form for.

    They used they're credit card and paid for 1 year, possibly when they filled out

    the payment info didn't get credited to account that has they're form. so we need to change the

    user name and info on my account to them so it shows premium account.


    how do I do that?

    On the upgrade form there is a Jotform Login Name field. I think you have changed that accidentally. I fixed that and now your account is Premium.
