Embedded form is displaying a duplicated jotform footer when submitted

    When I first created the form, it was good. I only see 1 "Powered by JotForm" and it is normal. 

    But when I filled and send couple form out, it then shows multiple of "Powered by JotForm" . Please help.

    It looks to me like you're experiencing a duplicated jotform footer on your embedded form.

    I took a peek at your default form by itself http://www.jotform.us/form/62746374179164 and did not see the same problem there so that means it's not the form itself.

    It's more than likely a conflict between the form scripts and your site scripts.

     

    Please try re-embedding your form using the iframe code method then try it again otherwise let us know if the problem continues.
