hi - i can not log in to my account

    hi - i need to get my account active - i think the day you billed it did not work but i have not been able to update payment info - so i need this working, please - how can i do & can i retrieve my forms?

    The account linked to this email : info@ecominerals.com.au Is already active and the current plan is PREMIUM . This account also contains 3 forms

    You would probably need to log out, clear the browser cookies and login again

    Ok, my fault. My apologies for the misinformation provided above.

    Upon doing a deep research, the last monthly payment was made on April 9 but then  it was cancelled on April 11.

    Please go ahead and re-suscribe to Premium as your account has been downgraded to Free
