I just run a test on this form after complaints from customers.
After I completed all the information, including payment information and uploaded document (small pdf for test purposes.), I received the attached "incomplete values" error message. It says "-Upload: is required" and I did uploaded a document.
The payment goes through, I receive the PayPal payment confirmation email, but I am not receiving the email with the order (form information).
Please help me fix this soon, since I am receiving several payments (and repeated payments) and I don't know who are sending them and I am not being able to provide my service, since I am not receiving the documents to work on.

There looks to be an issue with the validation for your form. Trying setting the file upload to not be required. I am looking into this further, however, for the time being, setting the file upload field in your form as not required will allow for the form to complete submissions.

I changed the field to not required and run a new test. I receive the submissions now, but with no files attached. It looks like there is an issue with the upload feature.

Are files being attached to the submissions that are not receiving uploads? Let us know what you can and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.

Yes. I tested the form by completing it, uploading a sample pdf file and paying. I can submit it perfectly now. It shows no errors there. It shows me the confirmation message that the submission was successful. The payment is processed correctly also. But the email I receive with the submission info is not including the uploaded file.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tested with a sandbox account. I am able to replicate the issue at my end. When the upload field is marked as required field, it displayed Incomplete values error message. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look.

I noticed there is a conflict between the upload feature and the payment integration. When I cloned the form and deleted the payment feature, the submission includes the uploaded file, but when I add the payment feature again, then the submission won't include the upload.
