Hi, It looks like some of the settings have been changed on your pages and previous instructions on how to access the settings for Paypal payments are not the same anymore. I've seen many references to this set of instructions: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mailv
The properties as shown on the above link do not appear to be available any longer. When I go to my PayPal payment area, I can click on the blue arrow and then "edit properties" but there is no menu as in your example, instead, what I see is this:
The "Advanced" tab allows me to enter "Hover text" only.
Where to I access the other options as shown in your previous example? The PayPal set up wizard does not provide the options for the pending payment notifications either.

Hello Alisa, what you're seeing is the new Payment Wizard UI. To see the old one, append &old to the URL of your Form Builder:
After making the changes you need, I highly recommend you logout of your JotForm account, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then log back in to get back to the current Payment Wizard UI.
Thank you for the follow up and work around. So, are you saying that in the new version there is no way to access the properties feature with settings for the Pending Payments notifications? I'm not so concerned with needing to use the older format for accessing this, only that in searching the forums for how to access and set up pending payment notifications that everything referred to the properties page you display above and that page doesn't exist with the new payment wizard.
Is it possible to set up the Pending Payments emails in the new version of the forms/wizard?
In the new user interface, the "Pending Payment Email" option is inside the payment wizard. Here's a guide:
1. Select the payment field and then click the wand icon.
2. In the Payment wizard, click the "Additional Gateway Settings" option.
3. Under the "Additional Gateway Settings", you'll see the "Pending Payment Email" drop down.

OK, that seems like it's simple enough, except when I click on the wand icon on my payment field, I don't see the menu that you show above, I see this instead:
(I took out our account info, but this is a screen shot from my actual form). So, my form originally was created a few years back and because it's so involved, I've duplicated it and made the edits we've needed each year. I'm guessing this must have something to do with why this payment set up is also in the "old" set up (I'm guessing). So, for this, then I suppose I need to use the other workaround, or delete this item and re-create the payment item?
And the above is also from me! For some reason, even though I was logged out of another account I have and back in with this one, it was posting as the other!!
Please take note that the new user interface is not yet implemented to all of the users. If you click the "wand" icon in the payment field and you get the old wizard, please try the workaround provided by my colleague Jim_R. You can add the parameter "&old" in the address bar when you are in the Form Builder to access the old interface.
However, if you see the new user interface when you click the "wand" icon next time, then you can find that "Pending Payment Emails" in the "Additional Gateway Settings" option.
