    I'm not sure I understood your post properly. If you're asking how to publish your form to your website, then the steps will highly depend on how your site was built.

    The general idea though is to paste some codes on your website's source code or use one of our integrations for different platforms. Here's a short but detailed guide to help you decide on Which-form-embed-code-to-use
