I am getting errors related to required fields but all fields are filled already

    Hi,

     

    I created an appointment scheduler for our non-profit organization and it has been wonderful.  I have a problem though.  It doesn't matter what I do, but every time I fill it out, it now will not let me submit it.  It says "there are errors on the form.  Please fix them."  I have done everything and taken out all of the "required fields" but to no avail.  I have also tried it on another browser, and it worked for the first submission, but when I did another one in the same browser, it gave me the same error.  I don't know how to fix this.  I have tried everything.

    I can submit your form without any issue so I think this has to do with our issue with widgets a while ago. We've fixed it already so I would suggest checking again and let us know if the issue persists.

    I see your submissions, but it is still not working on my end.

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

    I am not sure if you have embedded your form using its full source code or is caused by some other conflict. Embedding your form using its iFrame embed code will solve this issue.
