hi- i just upgraded my form and i still can not get my entries back?

    hi - i wrote earlier - my payment bounced last week - now i have paid it again & i still can not access my form entries.they are showing as a red bubble near form list bottom RHS.  i really love jotform - but this is an issue - do i get back these form entries?

    Hi, after payment you need to logout then login again to jotform for apply changes to your account.

    I can see that you're premium and you've used 450/1000 submissions. Hope this helps.

    In addition to my colleagues answer, delete your browsing cache and cookies also.
