How to add additional text to radio button fields

For for Pick Up/Drop Off Accommodation Required section, I want to add an additional 'Please note' text to the right of the two radio button options. This option however is not available in the 'Radio' Basic Fields widget. Is there a way to fix this or a different widget that will give me this option?

The easiest thing to do would be to add hover text to the field:

This will add additional text when the form field is moused over.
