I cloned your form and made some changes there. It looks like I am able to save the changes in the cloned form.
It might be possible that your session ended while you were trying to save the form. This means your account was logged out of jotform. Please check your My Forms page and see if you are logged in or not. If not, you will have to login to your account again to save the form correctly.
It could also be due to having the form builder opened in two tabs. Please note that the form builder auto-saves every few minutes. Please make sure that you are editing the form on one tab only.
