The autorespond email option won't upload my file

My file under the auto respond email option to send a file to recipients isn't working. At first it wouldn't upload no matter how long I gave it to upload (five minutes or more). I finally got it to upload my PDF file, but now when I send the test email, the file doesn't come with it.

I'm also not sure it's saving my form. It has the "save spinning wheel" in the corner, but it never completes saving, I don't think.

I'm afraid if I navigate away from the page, it will lose my form.

I have just tested this functionality on a cloned version of your form, and I was able to upload a PDF file to the autoresponder without any issues:

I have also made a test submission on the cloned form, and the uploaded file was correctly attached to the autoresponder:

If the Save button is still spinning, then the saving process might have gotten interrupted and can no longer finish. You can open the same form on a different browser tab to see whether your desired changes have been saved, but there is no way to forcefully save a form when the saving process was interrupted.

Please do test out your form to see whether the file was correctly attached to your autoresponder, and if the file is causing further issues, please send us a copy of the file to support@jotform.com so we can examine it as well and see what might be causing the problem on your end. If you do send us a copy, please add text such as "Thread 949703" in the subject line, so that we know which support thread the file is about when we receive it.

    Thank you.
