    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've just tested both your forms on Samsung Galaxy S2 which is using Android, they both seem to be working fine. Are you still experiencing the said issue?

    Sorry about the delay. I'm trying to replicate the said issue but i still can't. I will mark this thread as unanswered. So one of my more experienced colleagues (about this issue) can respond to this thread with a possible solution. Meanwhile i will try to find out why you are experiencing this problem.

    Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

    I am sorry, but we can not see your attachment. You may find instructions about how to insert a screenshot in the following thread:

    Are you facing the same problem when you open your form using direct form URL?

    @dan1971,

    Try replacing your page codes to this: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=9JvPdpsF

    I just deleted some messy codes and inserted </html> tag.

    Also, please remove all your current form's injected css codes and then replace it with this:

    .form-dropdown, .form-textbox, .form-submit-button {

    font-size:14px !important;}

    .form-all {

    padding-top:0px !important;

    height:500px !important;}

    Hope this helps. Feel free to contact us again if this problem still persist. Thanks!

    Thanks - but its still not rendering correctly. The url you gave -
    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/90130328463 works perfectly - but our one
    does not? I've removed the css coding (which was put there by you guys now)
    because its causing rendering problems on other (non mobile) pages.
    How do I get the form on our url to display as the same as here -
    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/90130328463 on mobile?
    thanks
    thanks

    Thanks.

    Can you please try to view this on your mobile device? http://idarktech.com/test/test_jotform_user.html. Check if this is OK.

    This is the actual result on my first post. I can view them fine.

    Update us the status. Thanks!

    Hi dan,

    Odd, that works fine here:). Anyway, can you please try re-embedding your form using iFrame code? See if this makes any differences.

    Contact us again if problem is still unsolved. Thanks!
