My forms keep being disabled

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but every form I create let's me go back and edit them. But when i click on the link they alway come back no form. disabled.

What am I doing wrong?

Your account got automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector tool, which is why the forms became unavailable. I have reviewed your current forms manually, and I do not see any phishing activities, so your account has just been re-enabled.

I would just like to point out that adding form fields that are asking for credit card details, or asking username and password combinations, are considered phishing and such forms get automatically suspended. However, there don't seem to be any such fields on your forms at the moment, so your forms are working fine. Please try accessing the forms again, and let us know should you experience further issues.
