I have had someone tell me that they filled out one of my forms, but I have not received the email. I also tried to do a test with the same form. I filled it out and got the Thank you page but never got the email. I cannot log in to my account due to the fact that I cannot remember my password, but I have tried hitting to reset my password and I am not getting that email either.
I am getting emails from other sources, and I have checked with my provider and there are no issues on that end. Is there anything else I can do. I used to get emails from JotForm but the last email I recieved was for the year end sale back at the end of Dec.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your email address was in our bounced list and i have now manually removed it. I've also resent the password reset instructions. Can you please check your inbox and spam folder as well?
Please do let us know if the problmer persists.

I am now receiving emails and have been able to reset my password! I am now also able to see all the submissions I have received.
