    Setting a form limits based on the email field

    je suis en formule gratuite.

    J'ai 30 techniciens (donc 30 adresses mails differentes) qui doivent faire entre 1 et 3 demandes par mois. Est ce qu'avec cette formule cela est possible ? Si oui pourquoi un message d'erreur apparait des la seconde utilisation.

    I have 30 technicians (so 30 different addresses mails) which must be between 1 and 3 requests per month. Is that with this formula it is possible? If yes why an error message appears on the second use.

    I checked your form and I can see that the Unique Submission is set to "Check Cookies and IP". It means that you can only receive 1 submission in 1 IP address. If your employees are in the same network and using the same IP address, then only 1 of them can submit the form. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    I would suggest you use the Unique Question for the email field to prevent multiple submissions from the same user. Please refer to this guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.
