I had a test Square integration and started getting 'expired security token' alerts last week. So I deleted that form a few days ago, but sill getting expiration alerts.
Where are these coming from?
(Pretty sure that it's deleted...:)

Yes, you're right. You've deleted your payment form. When I've checked your form I see that the form is in your Trash Folder. I am not sure if it is related or not. However, to be sure could you please also Purge that form.
