How to get Square item name to appear in Square

    I was able to get Square to work in our form; however, I noticed the items flow through to square as "uncategorized" and not with the actual Square item name.  How can I fix this?

    It seems that the reports are not displayed in the Square dashboard for the sandbox mode. Could you provide us with a screenshot of the issue so that we can take a look and see what best we can do for you?

    We're having the same problem; charges in Square are showing up as "uncategorized." And when we reconnect to Square in JotForm, it doesn't see the item set up in Square to add to the JotForm. Any ideas? ... and thanks! ...
