Encrypted submissions: A way to decrypt submissions to Excel sheet

    When I download responses to Excel, because I'm using encryption (my data is personal student data) the data comes back only in encrypted form.  How do I get the decrypted data into Excel?  Thanks -

    Unfortunately, as per our guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert we are not able to decrypt submissions and export them to Excel sheet.

    The problem is that decryption key is never sent to our servers, because of your privacy, everything happens in your browser, so it is not possible to export decrypted data to Excel sheet.

    I will forward this request to our developer team for a possible implementation.

    We will inform you through this thread if this feature is possible.
