{companyName} No longer shows up in email subject line and JotForm won't let me re add it.

    Autoresponder Email Subject    Pre-populated access request for {companyName} stoppped working.

    Now shows as Email Subject    "Pre-populated access request for  "

     Is there any way to get {companyName} to display again? If I re-add it JotForm clears it on save.

    If you are referring to the form https://form.jotform.com/51555439863162, I see that company name field is having the field name as {companyName54}. Please try changing the field name on your notification so that it should be displaying properly.

    You may click on the Pencil icon to display the list of fields available on the form.

    Then, you may choose the required field to include in the subject line.

    I have cloned your JotForm and tested by adding the company name to the auto-responder and it worked well.

    Thanks - You were right, A Field name change was why it disappeared.
