I have customers that need to submit more than 2 orders at a time to me. The first 2 orders come through fine. When they try to submit the 3 order, they click the SUBMIT button and it just spins/hour glassess inevitable and does not take them to the payment (PAYPAL) screen. I need to get this resolved asap. Is it possible that the fields were not filled up properly somewhere when the form was submitted? I tested your form and I got a thank you messge after submission. I also don't see any Paypal integration in your form.

The PRODUCT options are integrated to PAYPAL. I got another complaint fr a customer where she used the form on Wed and it was fine. She tried to put through another order yesterday and after she clicked on the SUBMIT BUTTON it just kept spinning and never completed. She used the same MAC, same browser CHROME, on the same network.

Hi, If this is the form http://www.jotform.com/form/20372937595 you are refering to, I could not see the 'payment' field on it. The PRODUCT option is a checkbox field.
Likewise, I was able to submit the form and see a Thank You page.
By chance, was the form embedded on a website instead? Can you share the website URL where we can check.
