Hey Crystal, we can change your username for you. However, the request should come from the actual account owner. I'm seeing there's an account under the email you used on this post.
Just get back to us with the following:
1. Ensure you are logged in to your JotForm account before posting a reply on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/951217
2. Once you're sure you're logged in to the account you wanted to change the username, reply with at least 3 usernames (from most preferred to the least) so we can try 2 more if your 1st choice was already taken by another user.
