This form has worked perfectly for years. Now I'm having nothing but problems. First the email submissions started getting bounced and I stopped receiving them. You fixed this somehow. But then you left your branding all over my forms. That got fixed. But now when I receive a submission and I reply to that person the email does not go to them the reply goes back to me.
I know your product can be awesome. That is why I am willing to pay for the premium service. However, I need this to work so I don't have to worry about it. Please fix my settings back to the way they were before someone there changed them so that when I reply to a submission the reply email goes bach to the person who did the submission and not me.
Attached are a submission and then my reply. You can see that the reply has the submissions persons name but my email address.

I'm not sure to why but the reply-to field is set to the sender name field. I have now changed it to email address field in order to capture the email address of the sender when pressing the reply button.
Can you try making a test to see if it works properly on your end?
