How do I activate my "Submit" button so that the responder can send a completed form to my organization's email address?

    I checked your most recent form ( and it looks like you already have a Submit button on your form. There is no need to activate the button.

    If I understand correctly, you want to receive a notification whenever a user submits your form? That can be achieved by adding an Email Notification to your form. To do so, please follow this guide: Setting Up Email Notifications.
