We have made an upgrade but it appears we have been downgraded

    Hello,

    I have checked your subscription and saw you have made an upgrade on September 29, 2016, and on October 2, it was downgraded for some reason. However, some 4 hours ago, it's back again to Silver. Thus, there is no need to adjust your account type anymore.
