Upgrade then downgrade

    Most of the time our forms would be less than 100 responses per month.  What happens if in a particular month we exceed the 100 limitation. Does the product stop working or will we be charged for that month the excess occurred?

    If you happen to reach the limit your form will cease to work and you'll be notified via email. Account limit resets every first day of the month, so April 1st would be the next reset.

    You can upgrade/downgrade at anytime.
