I've created 2 forms for an event...one to purchase tickets, the other just for donations. When I click "Continue to PayPal" it just says "Please Wait..." - then sometimes get message "This form is currently unavailable".

I've checked your account. First of all, Your e-mail was in the bounce list as you can see the screenshot below and I removed your e-mail from our bounce list.
Secondly, your form date had expired on 21 June 2016 at 12:00. Please check the screenshots below :
I cloned your form in my Jotform account and then I enabled its status as you can see the in the following screenshot. As a result I've seen there is no problem.
Please check it again and do not hesitate to contact us.

Oops!!!! I'm dumb! LOL THANK YOU!!!!! I updated to disable date. DOH!
Can you also check email@example.com for the bounce list??? How do my emails keep getting on that list?

As you can see in the screenshot below firstname.lastname@example.org was in the bounce list and I removed.
There are several reasons why your email address could be in our bounce list; however, here is a guide with our recommendations to avoid any bouncing related issue.
I would also share you this link where you will find our IP addresses. If you often find your email address in our bounce list you should as your email provider to whitelist our IPs, but this will work only if you are using our default sender email addresses.
