Need to downgrade

    Hello, Jotform has been a terrific help, but my event is over and we don't need to keep the higher level of service.  I tried to follow the instructions here:

    But it doesn't seem to be working.  Can you downgrade me to the basic plan?  I will probably upgrade again in the future, as future fundraisers require.

    You all were very helpful in figuring out how to develop my form.  Thank you!
