How to create interview form and integrate with Spreadhsheets?

    I need to make an interview form that can fill out together with my customers when the interview takes place, i e they don´t need to get the document sent over to them. How can I save the forms that we create? Or is this not possible to do? If so, are there an alternative for me to create a type of form / PDF document that I can use for every interview.


    After the actual interview I would like the questions to be compiled so  I am able to use all of the answers from different interviwes,  search for key words and match people better.

    I can point you to our Interview Template page so you can get some idea how your forms can look like. 

    Every form you create you can save i your My Forms section, and it will stay there until you delete it. Please check this guide:

    When you create your interview form you can Create PDF form from it and share to your applicants or you can simply Share the link of your form to them.

    Finally, your form can be Integrated with Google Spreadsheets so you can have all data there for easier analyse. Each time your form is submitted, data will go to the integrated spreadsheet.
