Can I go back to the free version?

Hello, I am writing from Asociación Betel in Madrid, Spain.  We paid for a pro-version of Jotform, but now we will not be needing the pro version anymore.  We would like to use only 1 simple contact form and we can delete all the rest.  The link to the only form we want to keep is:

Is it possible for us to "downgrade" to the free version and keep this form only?  Or could we export the form and import it into a new free account?
