Hi, is it possible to change the highlighted text in the attached pic?

So the FROM is change to DELTAHUSENE instead of JotForm email and the text "We have received your response for deltahusene" change to danish?

Yes, it is possible you can change "From", and "Subject" of your email notification. For doing that, you would require to click on the "Emails" icon in Form builder. And then in the new popup window, you would require to click on the edit link of email "Notification". From the Edit notification email popup, you can change the Email Subject, and then would require to click on "Save" button. Please check the below screenshot:

For changing the sender email address, you would require to click on the "Advanced" section, and once you will scroll down, you will get the option as "Sender Email". So you can add your own email address. Please check the below screenshot:
