how to create multiple scoring

dear sir

i am trying to create a RIASEC profiling form - that has 6 'global variables' - the letters RIASEC.  

at end of the form, user will be presented with top 3 dominant letters and then channeled to info specific to their dominant letters.

is that possible via jotform? if so, how? thanks much for advice.
