Um I'm not getting the submissions at all now.
Really!! Getting frustrated.
What I need
1) actually get my submissions forward to my email orders@golfsimulatorguys.com
2) no jot branding
3) reply email go to the person doing the submission and not my email at orders@golfsimulatorguys.com
Please, please, please help make this work. I'm a a busy business owner that has spent way to much time on a contact form over the last few weeks.

I have controlled your e-mail settings, and it should work fine now. Could you please test it again? If the problem has not been solved please contact us again.
