So I'm trying to import my form into my website, I have my form width in this instance set to 200, very narrow, so when it shows up in Xara designer pro 7 the form size is bigger than my site, the drop down portion is small, within the 200 border I specify, but there is just empty space everywhere, I looked into resizing the HTML placeholder size in Xara and the help file is telling me to go into jotform, adjust the width and re-import which doesnt work. In the screenshot I have the background set to transparent but you can see the borders of the placeholder highlighted in blue. thank you.

    Thank you for contacting us.

As far as I can see, your Form Width is already set to 300, so you will have to play with placeholder Width in Xara designer pro 7 in order to solve the problem.

Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.
