    hi mette,

if you are looking for transferring your form's submission data to another service provider like google or dropbox, you can use integrations. You can follow the link below for integrating your form to google spreadsheet:

    Integrating with Google Spreadsheet

but if you are looking into dowloading your data as pdf or excel, you can reach this option from "my forms" menu as shown in the screen shots:

as for your second question, "And how do I translate the text after click on send to danish?", can you provide further info such as are you mentioning "Thank You" page or "Submit" button or anything else?

I am not sure if I understood your concern correctly.

Would you like to send the content of the form submission through a different email? If so, then you can setup email notifications/autoresponders and set specific email addresses on them as recipients. You can check this guide to learn more about email alerts: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

Other than that, there are also apps that allows you to fetch the submission data and manage it on different 3rd party apps (ex. Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet, MailChimp, Salesforce etc..). Here's the page you can check: https://apps.jotform.com/

Now I am not sure what you meant on this question:

"And how do I translate the text after click on send to danish?"

Did you mean you want to translate an actual submission to Danish? That is not possible. You can make your form multilingual as mentioned on this guide though: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages

Let us know if I misunderstood your concern.
