Some of our forms are set to submit to email@example.com, but the submissions aren't arriving and we need to log into JotForm and forward them manually.
This has happened with other forms in the past, and when I raised a ticket, your support team advised me that the submission email address had been added to a 'safe list' so wouldn't receive submissions, and you needed to unblock it. Please can you check to see if that is the case?
Also, a suggestion I would like to make is that email addresses which users set as submission destinations are never added to safe lists, as people wouldn't add them if they didn't want submissions to arrive!

I've checked your account and also your forms. As you can see the screenshot below, I managed to send a submission to you. However, the other submissions before mine didn't arrive in your e-mail address.
Could you please, whitelist JotMail Ip addresses from here. It might be that case you mentioned above.
