Hello,
I'm having difficulty with images in one of my forms. I have eight total images that I need in the form, and that I entered into the form last week. When I looked at the form today, they were all duplicates of the first image. I tried changing that image, using the "recently used" list, and though I click on one image, it inserts a different one into the form.
Even when I try to upload a NEW file from my computer, jot form is showing a different image than the one that I drag and drop. I'm guessing this may have to do with file naming within the system or something. Can I delete all of the images that are associated with my account to try to start fresh? Please help!!
The form I am having difficulty with is here: https://form.jotform.com/62634553027151
Note that I deleted all the images from the actual form to try to start fresh...but there was one image per page.
Thx.

I filled your survey for the test and I didn’t see any image on the form
Did you check the same URL after deleting

May I know what images you are referring to?
I checked your account directly and chose an image on the "Recently Used" tab, I was able to change and save it properly. Here's a screencast on how I did it:
Could you please try again? You might have been logged out or your session expired which might have caused changes to not properly be saved in your form. Could you also please try using a different browser, like Google Chrome, and see if the problem persists even there?
Note: You might noticed some images on the other pages, I've tested the other pages also just to make sure and problem can be replicated on my end.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hello,
I'm sorry, I didn't see this and just started a new thread. Working on little sleep...
I just replicated the issue again (uploading one file, but a different file appearing in the form builder than the one that was uploaded) BUT this time when I previewed the correct file showed up in the preview of the form. There seems to be an inconsistency between the form builder and the actual form in preview.
My apologies for mucking with the forms after submitting a support request. I will resist the urge until hearing back. The new thread I just submitted has more detail and screenshots of the issue.
This form is the one that I have just tested and replicated the problem on: https://form.jotform.com/62744524922155
Thanks again

No need to apologize, I see this is the thread that has more details: https://www.jotform.com/answers/951995. I'll suggest we focus on that one specifically and avoid creating duplicate threads with the same question so that we can better assist you. I'll reply on the other link accordingly.
Thank you.
