I have a lot of phone users who have problems.

It seems that many of my phone users have problems.   Is there an app I need them to get or is there a way to ensure that those filling out forms on their phone are not having problems.  The biggest thing is that there screen goes white when they hit the submit button.  It seems to happen on any form.   I sent one that has recently been giving people trouble.

I tried submitting your form via mobile and I was redirected properly without issue. I was not able to encounter the problem. Did you embed this form to a webpage where the users are submitting the form?
