Hi Dennis,
I have checked your account with your email address here. There is only one form in that account which has the encryption feature disabled. You can see it below:
I have also marked your account ID with the arrow on top. If this is not the account that you are having issues with please specify its URL link.
I will be waiting for your response.

It is never prompting me to install the key.
The URL for the form is:

I'm sorry but the image you tried to upload is not showing. Please try the following steps:
1. Go to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/951823.
2. Scroll down and you'll see the reply editor, please click the "Insert/edit image" icon.3. After that, the file upload wizard will pop up.
You may also want to check this guide: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.
Hope that helps. We'll be waiting for the screenshot. Thank you.

I can see that you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/62573330014142) that belongs to the user (sdv*se).
I checked this form and I saw that the Form Encryption is disabled. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Preferences > Advanced and then enable the Form Encryption.
2. Once you enable it, a pop up will appear.
3. Close the pop up and then click the "Save Changes" button.
4. Go back to My Forms. Select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
5. Once you are in the Submissions page, a pop-up will appear. Please upload your private key by clicking the "Browse" button. It is normally in the "Downloads" folder of your computer. The filename is "jotform.key".
6. Once you do that, the encrypted submission will changed to a readable content.

It might be related to incorrect private key file already stored in your browser. The private key file is being stored in a browser local storage once uploaded, you may try to clear the local storage to be able to see the private key upload pop-up once again.
Alternatively, open the JotForm website using browser incognito mode.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

d3harveyReplied on October 7, 2016 at 2:45 PMWe got it to work using Chrome and FIreFox, but it will not work with IE 11. It prompts us for the key and we navigate to the key, but it will not save or use the key in IE 11.
