We have a form for our customers to fill out. We would like to be sent a copy of this form in an excel spreadsheet after submission but also have the customer receive a copy aswell. I have tried creating a report on excel but this then gives all submissions rather than just one, which is no good as it breaches data protection for my customers. Is there a way to get an excel report sent to myself and the customer with just their submission on it?Page URL:

You can get your responses in excel format,
Could you please follow these steps
Select My Forms,
Select the form you want to get response,
then please select Submissions on the top of the menu.
About two thirds of the way down the page there is an option on the left to download the responses in Excel, CSV or PDF

Unforutnately, it is not possible to generate a report with a single submission in Excel and to attach the same with email notification/auto-responder.
If you want to receive the submissions in Excel, You may consider integrating Google Spreadsheet so that the received submissions will be automatically added to your spreadsheet.
If you want to send the submission to the person filling the form, you may attach a PDF submission in the auto-responder instead of an Excel report.

I am also sending a feature request to our backend team to evaluate attaching Excel/CSV report to the notification/autoresponder with the form submitted data. We cannot provide you any ETA at the moment. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
