Upgrade from Bronze to Silver

    Hi there,

     

    Thanks for such a great tool!

     

    I recently upgraded from free to bronze, about 3 days ago. I now wish to upgrade to Silver today, can you confirm how much I will be charged? I was charged $19 on Monday, am I correct in thinking I will be charged $20 today? (39-19)? and then $39 monthly going forward?

    Since the Bronze subscription was paid for using PayPal and the Silver subscription was paid for using a credit card, there was not a pro-rated charge for the Silver subscription.  I have sent a request to refund the Bronze subscription.  You should see a full refund for the Bronze subscription payment within 5 business days.

    Oh OK that explains it because I was surprised not to see a discount offered upon checkout.
