Why I'm not able to submit the form even though I filled all fields?

Hi, 

As of late we are all having trouble submitting our forms. Every time a user goes to enter it tells them that there is error on the page. They have all checked the form mulitple times and there is no error. This is a time sensitive issue and we would like this figured out asap! Also, I created a new form hoping it would help and it also gives us the same error message when submitting.

I checked your form thoroughly and I was able to find the cause of this problem, it is Matrix dinamique widget:

What is happening is that we had certain issues with conditionally hidden widgets that are marked as required. What you should do to fix this problem is to remove your widget from the form and add it again. Or you can try to simply update your widget right on the form:

I tested and that should work fine when you do that.
