    Unable to switch subscription to bronze plan from storage plan.

    I have been going back and forth with tech support and still cannot upgrade from Storage too Bronze.

    I do understand how to upgrade. Starting September 29th I have tried to upgrade and 100% of the time have tried—now about ten times—I am left hanging with a message that it will take a few minutes, but to contact customersupport if there is a problem.

    This is what I wrore to Customer Care last Monday, "Your animation is exactly what I did multiple times on different browsers waiting in excess of 10 minutes, and it hangs at this message: "Switching Plans in Process...Switch should complete in a few minutes. If it does not contact our support team."

    I have conversed with customer care and finally they wrote, "In attention to your above request, I changed the Storage bi-yearly plan to Bronze bi-yearly, you should expect FastSpring will pro-rated charge you on subscription ID INT160714-6977-52581S," but my account still not been upgraded.

    How can you fix the problem?

    Can I talk to someone via phone?

    Did the customer care guy upgrade the wrong account?

    Please help.

    Hello jeffnorthway,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I see that my colleague did try to upgrade your account to bronze plan but for some reason it was not successful. I have taken care of your account issues and upgraded it to bronze bi-yearly subscription plan. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
