    Selecting an option from dropdown does not fill in the blank to the right of the word

    I needed to make some changes to some of our existing forms and ran into a few problems.

    First, on our 'Durostat Tile Sample Request Form (Form ID:31056939271154)' the old format for individual drop down fields for "State" & "Country" (which I guess is still supported), don't seem to work well on the front end the customer sees. When you click on the state in the drop down list, it simply highlights your choice in the drop down list - it does not fill in the blank to the right of the word "State" or "Country" like it does on the other forms.

    Secondly, I've been working on this with a lady in our Colorado office and we both are having a different experience with some of our forms. While I am able to scroll down on the form, she has to use the "Tab" key in order to access the entire form - there is no option for scrolling for her. 

    Third, when I went to delete a field in the same form mentioned above, it told me that ... "If you delete this question, you'll lose the associated data." Is this referring to so data collection as to who and how many people have used this field in this particular form or is it just saying if I delete it, that particular data will no longer be collected since I deleted the field?

    Fourth and final is a question...

    If I have to delete one of these forms and create another in order for it to work will that change my "grandfathered in" status? In the end I would still have the same number of forms, but I would have deleted an existing one in preference of creating a replacement.

    I am not sure if I understand your first query correctly. You were saying the selected option does not fill in the blank to the right of the word. As I check the form, I see that there are no other fields related to this field. Could you explain the issue with more information along with a screenshot so that we can provide you with necessary assistance?

    Thank you for you quick reply. As to question one - I sent a screen shot
    with the questions and it includes text to the right of the image
    pointing out and explaining the issue for this one.
