We are unable to view the submissions on any of our forms.
The access is needed urgently and we have tried all day with no luck. The account has been logged out and back in from different locations but we have the same results.

Sine your account is associated with EU region please make sure to enable a Europe Datacenter option via Account Data page:
It should let you to browse the data using https://eu.jotform.com domain.

That function is activated already on our account. The issue we are having

We can not see the screenshots that you mentioned above as you sent them via email response. You must log in to JotForm and please resend your screenshots as you can see below :
