upgrading account does not work

    I have been trying to update our account from bronze to silver and it does not upgrade. A box pops up and says it will upgrade in a few minutes but I have left it running for 20-30 minutes and nothing happens. Please provide me with a phone number or some way to contact you to discuss further.

    I checked your account and the upgrade did not process.  This may be due to the current 2 year subscription already applied to your account.  If you would like, we can cancel this subscription and do a pro-rated refund for the time remaining.  Once that is processed, you would then be able to upgrade to the subscription of your choosing.  There will be no interruption in your service as long as the new upgrade is done within 24 hours. 

    Since your account is over limit for form views, if you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.
