I upgraded our yearly premium on Saturday and now some of my old forms are missing and some of my active format are not visible to correct. Please advise 773.296.4909.

I have checked your "Archive" folder and I can see there are not forms, here is a screenshot about what I can see on my end:
You current have 24 forms in your account and some of them are currently disabled, upon checking your account activity I can see the current number of forms is correct according to the forms you've created and deleted since you created your account.
I would also suggest you to check your account activity log by following this guide: How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs
Also, if you still cannot find your forms, please provide us the details about these forms, there are only 3 active forms and the rest are disabled.
