How do I access just unread messages??

You can access your unread submissions by clicking on the form and on "Inbox" button: 

You will get your submissions once the button is clicked: 

You can also go to the submissions page of your form and see the submissions there, here is a guide with detailed info about this: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You also should receive an email notification each time there is a submission in your form, I can see you have indeed set up an email notification, but the email address seems to be in our bounce list, here are the details:
