Unable to scroll down the form

Secondly, I've been working on this with a lady in our Colorado office and we both are having a different experience with some of our forms. While I am able to scroll down on the form, she has to use the "Tab" key in order to access the entire form - there is no option for scrolling for her. 

As I check the web page with the embedded form, I see that the scroll is working fine at my end. Did she try using a different browser? Could you check with the other user which browser and OS that is being used? This would help us in replicating the issue at our end and provide you with necessary assistance.
