Problem with exporting all data at once

    I used the instructions from the link below and every time I downloaded the data file it showed up as an empty zip file. I asked a coworker to try it and he had the same issue. We also attempted requests and downloads in 3 different browsers.

    I went to Account Settings > Data > Clicked Prepare My Data To Download > Then Clicked Download and viola, an empty zip folder that says invalid when I clicked extract.

    This feature would be extremely helpful for our business. Any help would be awesome.

    I have tried download the data from your account and see that the data is existing in the zip file.

    Could you try using a file extraction software like 7-zip or WinZip to see if that helps? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
